Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

Information required under German consumer law (Widerrufsrecht, §§ 355 ff. BGB). The German version at /de/widerruf is authoritative. This page applies only to the paid Pocetude Pro subscription; the free product is not a paid contract, so no right of withdrawal applies to it.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your Pocetude Pro subscription contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Immediate access and the full 14 days

Pocetude Pro is unlocked immediately after purchase. Regardless of that, we grant you the full fourteen-day right of withdrawal in every case, even if you have already used the service during that time.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Cancelling an ongoing subscription

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your Pocetude Pro subscription yourself at any time in the app, under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the current billing period; it does not automatically refund periods already paid for.

For a refund, including outside the withdrawal period, please contact us by email. This is not currently self-service in the app; we handle it personally.
